Can't express how exited I was when I found these.. I LOVE my drinks as cold as possible, which means a large amount of ice. Unfortunately that always means unless you're planning on drinking it quickly the drink will get watered down.. BUT NOT ANYMORE.. 10 out 10, highly recommend

These little guys DID make my protein drinks a little colder that lasted longer, but they take up too much solid space in the shaker bottle. Comes in handy when I do account for these issues ahead of time.
